From July 22 to 24, one of the most colorful festivals in Patzcuaro will take place, where besides being amazed by the beauty of the balloons and the spectacle of watching them flying, you will be able to do other activities. 

The designs of the cantoya balloons are very colorful and take months of previous work. And to reward the hard work of the artisans there will be two contests, one that rewards the balloon made with 700 sheets, and the other will reward the balloon with the largest number of sheets. The requirement to participate is that all the balloons must be handmade. Can you imagine the scenery? It will be amazing to see dozens of balloons floating through the air, and you can enjoy it for free! 

But not only that, during the festival you will be able to approach the gastronomic corridor, it is no secret that Michoacan gastronomy is one of the richest and most varied in Mexico, so you will also have the opportunity to delight yourself with corundos, charalitos, or the delicious uchepos, the best part?

The gastronomic corridor will be served by traditional cooks from Michoacán, which assures you a delicious meal with the authentic flavor of Michoacán.
